    Keiser University’s Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice provides preparation in many areas of the criminal justice system. Topics include crimes, laws, investigation, arrest, prosecution, punishment, return to society and how components work together and are governed by laws, the Supreme Court and the Constitution. This exploration of the American criminal justice system culminates with an emphasis on research, analysis and the future of the system.
  • Health Services Administration (BA)


    Keiser University’s Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Administration provides a basic understanding of health services administration and of the unique skills needed by a health service administrator.   • Accounting (AA)

  • Computer Graphics & Design (AS)


    Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Graphics Design teaches commercial art that visually communicates ideas and information to a targeted audience. Contemporary graphic designers use computers configured as graphics workstations to create works containing imagery and text for traditional print mediums and electronic delivery systems such as CD-ROM and the Internet.

    Instruction includes page layout, advertising, multimedia, video editing, web design, illustration, 3-D modeling and animation.

    Students are prepared to use a variety of computer formats to create commercial art, and are assisted in gaining employment in advertising and marketing firms, print and electronic publication companies, video/film industry and in-house graphics departments

  • Criminal Justice (AA)


    Keiser University’s Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice presents the major components of the American criminal justice system. It includes criminal behavior patterns, law enforcement organizations, juvenile systems, legal principles and doctrines and fundamentals of criminal investigations. Courses utilize hands-on activities and analytical exercises to supplement the presentation of academic information.

    Students will develop an understanding of the American criminal justice system; be presented with a review of institutions, laws, theories and players that make up the system; and be prepared for employment or advancement in law enforcement fields.

  • Paralegal Studies (AA)


    Keiser University’s Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies prepares students to support attorneys with legal research, drafting documents and motions, interviewing clients and witnesses, managing cases, gathering evidence and the litigation procedure. Paralegals are often involved in trial assistance and other dispute resolution processes, as well as with preparation of real estate documents, probates, contracts, corporate matters and law office investigations.

     

  • Health Services Administration (AA)

  • Medical Assisting (AS)

  • Nursing (AS)


    Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Nursing prepares students to practice professional nursing. Professional nursing involves the performance of those acts requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skill based upon applied principles of biological, physical, psychological and social sciences. The nursing practice of a professional nurse includes observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of individuals who may be ill, injured or infirm; promotion of wellness, maintenance of health, and prevention of illness of others; and administration of treatments and medications as prescribed in accordance with the standards of nursing practice.

  • Nuclear Medicine Technology (AS)


    Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology instructs students in the use of radioactive material to visualize, diagnose and treat pathology through proper utilization of specialized equipment and techniques. The program prepares students to attend patients, extract and evaluate data from patient records, perform dose calculations, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, perform in-vivo and in-vitro diagnostic studies and perform related quality control and quality assurance procedures. Courses include radiation safety, storage and disposal of radioactive materials and inventory and control of radiopharmacology. The program provides entry-level lectures in positron imaging tomography (PET).

     

  • Health Science (BS) - Online


    Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science is a completion program for those who have already earned an Associate Degree in an allied health field. The curriculum is designed to support an expanded professional role, enhance interdisciplinary understanding, and provide a base for graduate education.   • Information Technology Mgmt (BS) - Online


    Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management is a degree completion program for those who have already earned an Associate Degree in a computer-related field. The curriculum is designed to prepare computer technicians with a minimum of 6 months full time experience for a role as an I.T. professional, supervisor, or manager. Graduates will be prepared to assume these roles immediately upon graduation or continue on to a Master’s degree program in either business or technology field of study.
